E & D Contracting Services is a general contractor that builds and repairs underground utilities, performs bridge repairs, and completes site work preparation and paving. These projects include removing and rebuilding concrete and steel structures, constructing bridge spillways, installing concrete sidewalks, repairing municipal utility water tanks, building and repairing, box culverts, locks, and dams.

E&D has general contracting certifications with the Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina Departments of Transportation.
